On 21th December 2010 the Military Technical Courier and the Singidunum University, Belgrade, signed the Agreement on Business, Technical and Scientific Cooperation.

The Agreement was signed on the basis of mutual wish and intrest to establish long-term business, technical and scientific cooperation in order to support and help scientific-research efforts and cooperation on scientific-research papers as well as to facilitate research material acquisition and publishing of papers.

In the manner and under the terms stipulated in this Agreement, the Singidunum University shall enable online availability of the Military Technical Courier scientific journal at Singipedia, its scientific and research portal. It shall publish papers from current as well as previous journal issues in their original form.

The Military Technical Courier agreed to have its papers published at Sinipedia, retaining its copyrights and rights on intellectual property. The Military Technical Courier shall provide complete issues in the electronic form and promptly notify the portal editors about new issues.

The Parties shall exchange information, data, amendments and new findings of interest for the realisation of Signipedia scientific and research portal.
