Since 18th February 2015, the Military Technical Courier has been indexed in the Russian Scientific Electronic Library (eLIBRARY.RU) and the Russian Index of Science Citation/Российский индекс научного цитирования (RINC/РИНЦ). The Military Technical Courier is the first scientific journal from Serbia indexed in RINC/РИНЦ.
The eLIBRARY.RU is the largest Russian electronic library with a powerful search engine. The Library has been integrated with the Russian Index of Science Citation/Российский индекс научного цитирования (RINC/РИНЦ), created at the request of the Ministry of Science of the Russian Federation.
The Russian Index of Science Citation/Российский индекс научного цитирования (RINC/РИНЦ) is an information-analytic system accumulating 6 million scientific publications as well as the references from 4,500 scientific journals.

The Electronic Library is designed for operational scientific research. Owing to an exhaustive list of relevant bibliographic references, it enables the analysis of the effectiveness of scientific-research organizations and researchers as well as scientific journals’ impact factors.
An agreement of the RINC/РИНЦ with Thomson Reuters and Elsevier enables the direct search of the Web of Science and Scopus databases. Relevant references, related to cited material, can be excerpted from the base. The RINC/РИНЦ interface simultaneously shows the number of cited publications from the RINC/РИНЦ, Web of Science ans Scopus.
